With COVID-19 being an ongoing concern, we at Advanced Kids Care will continue our efforts to protect you, your families, and ourselves. We would like to let everyone know of our current COVId-19 protocols​

PROTOCOLS

•Please call 956-587-0555 Opt 1 to make an appointment before coming 

​

•We will continue seeing health patients for their well child exams in the office, sanitizing after each patient. 

​

•COVID has changed the way schools deal with children that present with cough & cold symptoms. This has caused a high volume of sick patients that are needing to be checked by a medical professional.

​​​

•Due to these changes, wait time may be longer than usual.

​

•For your convenience, you will check in via telephone once you arrive in the parking lot by calling 956-587-0555 Opt 1, and please wait in your vehicles until you are called.

​

•If you are being dropped off, please let us know so that we may accommodate you.

​

•We are limiting 1 healthy parent with patient in the clinic, no exceptions

​

•Everyone who comes into the clinic must wear a mask at all times unless under the age of 3. 

​​​

•Finally, practice social/physical distancing by remaining at home with your family.

•Debido a la pandemia mundial, estamos haciendo cambios para proteger a nuestros pacientes, sus familias y el publico en general.

•Llame al 956-587-0555 opción 1 para hacer una cita antes de venir.​

​​

•Continuaremos ver a pacientes de salud para sus exámenes de bienestar infantil en la oficina, desinfectando después de cada paciente

​

•COVID ha cambiado la forma en que las escuelas tratan a los niños que presentan síntomas de tos y gripa. Esto ha causado un alto volumen de pacientes enfermos que necesitan ser revisados ​​por un profesional médico.

​

•Debido a estos cambios, el tiempo de espera puede ser más largo de lo habitual.

​

•Para su protección, cheque via telefónica al 956-587-0555 opción 1, y espere en su vehículo hasta que le llamemos. Si no tiene vehículo, déjenos saber 

​

• Si lo dejan, háganoslo saber para que podamos acomodarlo.

​

•Solo entrara a la clínica 1 padre saludable y el paciente (no excepciones)​

​

•Todas las personas que ingresen a la clínica deben usar una máscara en todo momento, a menos que sean menores de 3 años.
​

•Por favor, quédese en su casa, no se enferme o enferme a los demás
